Emulating Hashem’s Middos (story)
A seminary girl on a summer program feels unwell and heads back to Yerushalayim alone. A last-minute request for a photograph sends her onto another bus, she falls asleep, and she wakes up at night in a neighborhood she doesn't recognize, with the buses stopped and her phone dead. She picks a door and knocks. What she hears when it opens leaves her speechless. It's a true, second-hand story about the middah of appreciating what others give you, and how small habits of kindness toward Hashem's creations can matter in ways we never plan for.
