Act of Rochel (Dvar Torah)
Leah married Yaakov only because Rachel secretly passed her the simanim, yet when Reuven brings back dudaim, Leah snaps at Rachel for taking her husband and now wanting more. How could she speak that way to the sister who gave up so much for her? Rashi and the Gemara in Megillah describe Rachel's silence on the wedding night, and the Midrash says it earned her tefillah an answer that even the Avos did not get. A fresh idea about what the simanim actually were makes the scene sound different.
