Redundancy, never
In a painting contest, one artist draws a basket of fruit so lifelike that birds fly down to eat it, and the judge still finds a flaw. The Maggid of Dubno uses that mashal for a dream in Parshas Miketz. How did Yosef know from birds eating out of a basket that the Sar HaOfim was doomed? And how did he dare tell Paroh to appoint someone else to run the storage, when he was only asked to interpret? Every detail of the dreams carried meaning, and the same goes for the unexplained turns in our own lives.
