Hashem's ATM

A bill is due tomorrow and the money isn't there: that is when saying Hashem runs the world gets tested. A man abroad gets a call before Rosh Hashanah: his mother in Israel needs a medicine that costs $8,000, and the pharmacy needs the money by the next day. He has nothing in the bank and tells his sister not to worry. A true story, told to Rabbi Asaf Prisman by the man himself, about how the next two days unfold and what it taught him in the weeks of Elul.
